I am so grateful for the tools you've taught me. A year ago everything with my son seemed like it was falling apart. My son is graduating from high school, performed in a talent show last week and is so much easier to get along with. Thank you so much for everything you did.

This coaching group is powerful. I love hearing how other moms are working with their ADHD teens. I get all kinds of ideas that I want to try.

With his ADHD, David felt like he would never graduate

  • His assignments would take so long to finish that he'd give up or never start
  • When David got home from school the only thing he wanted to do was play video games
  • He'd get so focused on an idea or game that he wasn't getting to bed until the early morning hours

As we began working together using gospel based coping tools, David began to

  • See how he could adapt his assignments to accentuate his strengths
  • Manage his time at home, getting the most important things done first
  • Set limits on activities that he hyper focused on to keep balanced

I've been so grateful to have Diane to help me work through my family's struggles. Her knowledge, sincerity, and genuine friendship have helped me gain a better understanding of myself and my emotions.

She knows how to ask really good questions. The videos really help me understand how my brain works.

Malinda watched her daughter's anxiety skyrocket.

  • Her daughter would sit in her car, too anxious to walk inside the school and face her peers.
  • Her daughter's grades were falling as she fell behind in her classes because she just couldn't focus.
  • When her daughter came home, she would yell at her siblings or isolate herself in her room.

As we began working together using gospel based coping tools, Malinda began to

  • Create a stress free home where the Spirit could be felt and seen.
  • Customize easy coping tools to best suit her family situation.
  • Share what she was learning with her daughter, which helped give her daughter the tools she needed.

This coaching group has given me all these ideas that have helped me connect with the Spirit better. I see how my ADHD and her ADHD are so similar. I have learned how to manage my  ADHD and help her at the same time.

On the outside we looked like a typical large and happy family

But in reality, I was beginning to fall apart.

We had just moved and changed schools, routines, and left friends. All the problems that were swirling under the surface before had now surfaced all at once.

We had hit a wall trying various therapists, medications, and the self-help suggestions. I desperately searched for more resources. There was nothing.

After 15 years of research, schooling, education, certifications and experiences, I am determined to help parents with their anxious and ADHD teens.

I am certified through the ICF, CCA, GGC, and advanced suicide prevention training. I serve on our stake's Mental Health Committee, as an institute teacher and on various county coalitions. I am a Disciple Thought Leader - a certified speaker, writer and media presence for Him.

As a wife, parent of seven and grandma of six, I have worked with over 1,000 women and teens helping them become Emotionally Resilient using coping tools that are grounded in the teachings of Jesus Christ.

“The adversary never stops attacking. So, we can never stop preparing! The more self-reliant we are—temporally, emotionally, and spiritually—the more prepared we are to thwart Satan’s relentless assaults.” - Russell M. Nelson

When we delay getting help for our anxious or ADHD teens they:

  • experience increased anxiety
  • feel a decreased sense of self-worth
  • isolate themselves
  • fail classes in school
  • feel numb to the Spirit
  • engage in risky behavior
  • make poor choices

The time to help your teens cope with their unique brain is now.
